Charged twice, order doesn't appear on my account

Hi Volcanic,

Welcome to the Affinity forum.

We we have looked in to this for you and the payment was refused at our end as it did not pass the security checks and as such has not been charged. Any pending charges on your account will not be permanent and will drop off within the next few days.

Please ensure you are using the latest version of your web browser when placing the order, as any out-of-date browsers usually throw back an error such as this.

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.
