I have updated to Publisher 1.8.0, now my document fonts are all screwed up. Complains that Arial is not present etc and substitutes other fonts. Problem is not specific to Arial font but seems to be all fonts.

Hi

I'm getting very frustrated with this release.

The problem initially was that when I opened up my afpub document, it had messed up all the fonts as described in my initial post. I suspect something to do with font caching not working properly. So was not to do with the pdf per se. but the actual processing of the afpub document.

I have just tried to open publisher again to review what is happening and it is once again starting and then immediately closing. This happened before. I'm going to have to revert to 1.7.x in order to continue with my work. :(

Tried to start it  three times always crashes after starting (doesn't get as far splash screen). It did start on one occasion but still reporting missing fonts.... Sigh

This is not just for one afpub document, seems to be consistent problem with other afpub documents.

I attach my afpub document for you to look at.

NB all the fonts exist on my machine and are available without problem in 1.7.x
