Publisher crashes on start

Hi, I try to start a project with Publisher 1.8 , but it crashes  on startup. I already reinstalled it twice, no success.

Before downgrading I'd appreciate if you could go to %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher\ and zip up the 1.0 folder and attach it here, there is an issue we are aware of affecting some users and I'd like to confirm if that's what you are experiencing.
