Staff Chris B Posted March 6, 2020 Staff Share Posted March 6, 2020 Hey Lodewijk, Do you mean Adjustments and Live Filter Layers aren't working as a mask if you, say, paint on them? That's working for me. Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Lodewijk9
That's right, its not working. And also, the round label in the adjustment layer that indicates that there is a mask fails. I reinstalled the update to 1.8 but that did not help. I now reinstalled the old version 1.7 and everything works perfect again : -) For the future it would be nice to get some information with the updates about whats new. PhilipPeake
I have been using the masks with these layers...
Lodewijk
Okay, so I will delete the whole programm completely (not just the update) and than reinstall it from zero. I guess that should work, since you don't have that problem. Thanks bvoth of you for your response!

Staff Chris B Posted March 9, 2020 Staff Share Posted March 9, 2020 Can you screenshot your UI in 1.8 (download the beta and it can run alongside the 1.7 retail) and we can see what you're doing. Please include the Layers Panel and Colour Panel in the screenshot. Lodewijk9
Hi Chris, Yesterday I removed the programm completely and reinstalled 1.8 from zero. Problem solved! : -) No big deal after all, it took me just fifteen minutes.. Chris B
