Outline vector Affinity 1.8.1 Mac OS

When I want to vectorize the outline of a line here is what happens:
Could you correct this problem please.
This is the third that I point out and it is very annoying in my work.
Is there a possibility to revert to version 1.7?

I don’t have 1.8.1 – I’m on Windows – but I think 1.8.1 is still ‘under revision’ because – as far as I can remember – it only came out to fix a major problem on OS X while other issues are still being worked on.

Serif makes a little confusion in those versions.

Have you tried the latest beta build 1.8.2? This build is recommended as an incremental update to the current retail version.
