sdeban Posted March 4, 2020 Share Posted March 4, 2020 Affinity Designer on Mac converts text to outlines when saving to pdf, even though I tell it to embed fonts. I have tried different fonts and every possible setting. This used to work fine. Text is editable as text in Affinity, but is no longer text in the pdf. Staff MEB Posted March 4, 2020 Staff Share Posted March 4, 2020 Hi sdeban, This is a known issue that already being looked at (affects all Mac apps from the Mac App Store). The only work around is to install the latest Affinity Designer Customer Beta (1.8.2.0) which is not affected by this bug.
