Jack5915 Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 Whenever I give a print command, my preview from the printer HP Photosmart 5525 show a discolored screen, orange/red, which when actually printing is also in the print itself. Any suggestions where to find the root cause of this? thanks
Staff Gabe Posted March 25, 2020 Staff Posted March 25, 2020 Hi @Jack5915 Welcome to the forums. The red overlay indicates the document is larger than the print area and some areas will be cropped. However, this should not make it into the print. Can you attach your project file, a photo of print result and a screen recording of your print dialogue?
