UNABLE TO REGISTER THE PRODUCT AFFINITY PHOTO AFTER PURCHASING FROM B&H PHOTO PLEASE HELP

I did purchase affinity photo from B&H on Feb 24 2020 and they sent me the license code but I am unable to register the product in my Windows PC as in after entering my Email ID and the License code. The Validate Product Key button in the software is not working. Please help.

Who are B&H?
You can get the Affinity applications from Serif directly, or the Apple Store or the Microsoft Store. I wasn’t aware that Serif used, or needed, any third party vendors but I could be wrong on that.
If you have obtained a licence key from a third party vendor then you probably need to contact them.

Ah, I see.
So the customer pays their money to the retailer and gets some kind of login and licence code so they can download from Serif.
Seems like a long way round to do things. Easier just to get it from Serif in the first place and cut out the middle-man.
Anyway, it’s done now, so as I said above, I think contacting the vendor first might be a good way to start on this but be ready for a round of ‘he said, she said’.

When purchasing through B&H photography you're provided with a Redeem code, which you need to input into the Affinity Store to receive your product key - hence the reason this is not working to activate the app.

Please visit the following link, use your redeem code here and sign into your Affinity Account to generate your product key, which will be linked to your email address.

FYI, B&H is a major US retailer of photo, video, audio, & computer products. In addition to its online business it has a huge bricks & mortar 'superstore' located in NYC.
