Old Bruce
I don't run Windows so I could be completely wrong about this but it seems as though you have two instances of Designer running. Other than that I can offer no help. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.2 Affinity Designer 2.3.1 | Affinity Photo 2.3.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.3.1 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

GarryP
I can’t see anything in your video that would point me towards there being anything wrong, except that you can’t do what you should be able to do. Is it just Artistic Text that is exhibiting the problem, or other types of layers also? What happens when you save the file, close Designer and then re-open them both? Does the problem still exist? Jorge Morales
The same exercises, but in AD 1.7 working fine, but not in 1.8 For now only with Artist text tool, I tested save it the file and reopen it again, but with the same situation and I tried to open and second instances of AD, but is not possible regards
GarryP
I’ve tried to replicate what’s happening in 1.8.0.585 (on Windows) with a brand new document and one I created with an older version of Designer (1.6.x or later, but before 1.8.0) and I don’t get what you are getting. Without being able to open the document for myself I don’t think I can help much further as I cannot get the problem to happen. Would you be able to provide a cut-down version of the document which only contains the layers that you are having trouble with? Before you do that though, can you try doing a “Save As” and then opening the new file? That might do something, or maybe not, but it’s worth a try. Jorge Morales
Hi @GarryP I installed AD 1.8 in a notebook, because in my main computer I downgraded AD to 1.7 and repeated the exercises, but now I can replicate again Please, Can you close this thread
