JUDITHSTRAVER Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 After uploading designer 1.8, today 5 times the program stops and crashes. Nothing possible any longer to do, except clothing the program. It's not nice to lose work what's almost finished. Quote

Dan C Posted March 2, 2020 Posted March 2, 2020 Thanks for confirming that, I'd like to request a copy of your crash reports - Please open Windows Run (Windows Key + R) then paste the following string and press OK: %APPDATA%\Affinity\Designer\1.0\CrashReports\reports In the window that opens, please select the most recently created .dmp files, then attach these to your reply here. I've forwarded this issue to our development team as your crash logs are rather unique and I have not seen this before. We believe this issue may be font related, but some further reports may help us here. Under Edit>Preferences>Miscellaneous do you have both options ticked regarding crash logs & automatic upload to our servers? Quote
