The first issue is the cutout people have too hard an edge, you need to blur the edges a bit. The second issue is the skin colours are too red on the left guy and the third is the resolution of the cutout people look lower than the image they are being placed into, the fourth is the composition doesn't lend itself to more people as they will look isolated.

The guy on the right, the shadows are wrong and the image is too bright like it was taken in full sun off to the left slightly, so that image just won't work well.

I have tried to improve the left person, still far from perfect. The right person is kind of impossible to blend in. Lighting and perspective are off too much as @firtsdefence has already pointed out. Try to take another picture of the right person.

A valiant try, the other put-off is the left guy isn't smiling and because of that in addition to the other things mentioned he looks totally out of place.

Thanks

Imaginary is probably using Affinity Photo 1.8.1

Try this tiff, it should preserve the layers: PHOTO-2020-02-26-23-29-00_edited.tiff

You could get the guy to smile a bit using the mesh warp tool. The outer points are to stop the rest of the face distorting, the inner points are for manipulating the shape of the mouth.

@firstdefence is it possible for you to send me an update copy with a smile . Also is there anything we can do with the right person. As well as the top right guys hair at the top back needs to be cut off because it does not look straight .

Thanks

Nice idea, I tried to liquify, discarded it, needs a lot of patience...

Try this one, he has a gentle smile: PHOTO-2020-02-26-23-29-00_edited again.tiff

I foreshortened the right shoulder using the mesh warp tool to push the right edge in a bit to make him look a bit more inline with the people, I also added a small amount of texture to the hair and blurred the edges more.

This mesh warp arrangement gave a nicer smile...

Had a go with the right guy: PHOTO-2020-02-26-23-29-00_edited right guy edit.tiff

I cloned the left side of the face and flipped it then blurred the edges and tried a few adjustments.

@firstdefence thanks , but regarding the right guys shoulder it seems as if they were taken away, as well as the light on his face, and around his hair something seems too puffy too blurry on the sides. it does not look blended in correctly if you can please fix that I would really appreciate it.

You may get somewhere with the left-hand image but the right-hand image is never going to work.

Due to the fact that Boris Johnson is now our Prime Minister, punctuation, spelling and grammar will never be worried about ever again.  We now have far bigger problems to be worried about.
