Allow to duplicate layer onto other documents.

Recommended Posts

Hello,

in PS, it is pretty handy to be able to copy layer, layers or even group of layer onto other documents.

I would appreciate if you could implements this feature in Affinity Photo.

Thanks for listening.

Hi nicoppc, but that is possible already … simple select the layers you want to copy in the layers list, hit Cmd+C and paste them into another document …  :)

Or do you want to suggest something entirely different?

Indeed, Thanks!

however, here:

1. copy from the menu works

2. copy using keyboard shortcuts does not: Affinigy Photo hangs a little while, after that no operation were performed

3. I would appreciate the duplicate window to allow me to chose the document when using the pull down menu inside the layer tool tab

Regards

Copy using keyboard shortcuts does not.

Sorry, I am unable to reproduce this …

That would certainly be *very* nice …  :)
