Resize Dimmensions not Working Correctly on Windows

When creating a new document and later wanting to change the dimensions of the document the system is having issues because it is not saving the change. I try to do it several times, but the only way to achieve it is by creating a new document with the dimensions needed.

I can only confirm that!

Wanted to change the document format afterwards and it did not work. The only thing that helped me was to activate "Anchor to Page" in the "Document Setup" menu. 
Unfortunately the "Rescale" does not work and you have to resize the objects manually

Thanks for the videos! I've reproduced this and it is being caused by having the retain aspect ratio option unlocked. I'll get this passed on to development.

I have the same problem, if you change type option to "web" works but on "print" type don't work

This issue still happening in the latest version, I think is vital to have this working because you want to resize a document constantly and not being able to do it is crazy.

*Any update on this problem, this was working fine some version ago but suddenly stop working on the newest versions.
