NEW V 1.8 / WIn 10

Hi again,

Please see attached afpub-file (originally derived from a 16 pages V 1.7. brochure!)

This LED's pic in the file had in the beginning a too high dpi-value. So I resized it in photo and saved it again under same name!!
Preflight or Publisher seems to carry on with the old - even not any longer existing - values.
I replaced the pic (replaced it, later: deleted it and placed it again with the low dpi value photo file):
- resource manager and preflight showing different dpi values, wrong preflight can not be undone (resource manager value seems the right one) .. even restarting publisher doesn't help.
- Preflight is showing the file twice (in that case: always, doesn't disappear at all)

If given max. limit in preflight is e.g. 600 dpi and one resizes the pic in that way, that the shown preflight is going below that given value (e. g. 580), the failure in the preflight panel disappers. Resizing the pic smaller again (e.g. Preflight calculation is > 600), failure appears again, while actual dpi value is around 200-300.

Ok, I made more tests, I understand now the pricinple here.

The result here on this preflight is because "look into placed documents too" was checked.

The placed document (afphoto) was carrying more layers, or in other cases a transparency mask etc. was used, or the canvas was limited in the afphoto file.
Preflight panel now is showing all this stuff.
