HercONE Posted February 28, 2020 Share Posted February 28, 2020 Hello, after installing the Affinity Suite (Publisher, Designer and Photo) Affinity freezes after starting. I can only continue working after about a minute and the error no longer occurs. Only at the next restart. Memory and CPU are not overloaded. I work on all three programs on the latest version. Staff Gabe Posted February 28, 2020 Staff Share Posted February 28, 2020 Try this. Close Designer. Navigate to %AppData%\Affinity\Designer\ and rename 1.0 to 1.0.backup. Close Photo. Navigate to %AppData%\Affinity\Photo\ and rename 1.0 to 1.0.backup. Reopen photo. Close Publisher. Navigate to %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher and rename 1.0 to 1.0.backup.
