jroseh Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 I am getting ready to write my 200 page book and design the whole thing on affinity publisher. That being said i won't be able to create the whole thing in one sitting and i'm wanting to save my work throughout the process so that I can make sure it's safe and doesn't crash all my intense work. Does it safe sorta like google drive? Please help. Thanks so much Quote
Dan C Posted February 28, 2020 Posted February 28, 2020 Hi jroseh, Welcome to the forums When working on an Affinity document, you can use File>Save to save the project under the Affinity format, which will allow you to re-open the document and return to your work without losing any information/data. Unfortunately this isn't an automated process, nor does it back up to any cloud service by default. You'll need to save the file locally to your computer, then if you wish you can duplicate the file and upload this to a cloud location - as we don't directly recommend working from a cloud location. I hope this helps! Quote
