Spell check malfunction?

The «Check spelling while typing» function randomly turns itself on after being turned off. I’m currently working on a standard device document, but the same thing happens on other formats as well.

Thanks for letting us know - it seems to turn itself back on everytime you re-enter the document from the home screen. I'll get this passed on to development.

Same here, this is very annoying as I’m working on a typography project that always has ‘misspelled’ words.... I just reproduced it exactly as Sean mentioned, turned off spelling check, go to homescreen, open document, and spell check is turned on again.
