packetofdigestives Posted February 27, 2020 Share Posted February 27, 2020 Hi there, been using the program for a few months now without an issue until today. no matter what I do, the issue persists. Currently I’ve saved and closed most other projects/pages in the app and restarted the iPad. attached is a video of a typical crash. Everything freezes until the app self closes. DM1 Posted February 27, 2020 Share Posted February 27, 2020 Try resetting your iPad. Hold power off until you get close message and then shut it down. On restart you should see Apple logo. Dash Posted February 28, 2020 Share Posted February 28, 2020 Yeah, I get crashes semi frequently. Most times it’s due to me using my extensive font library and interacting with type, other most common reason is when I have more than 3 artboards of complex content. Sometimes, it’s just as simple as a document being corrupted or weird in some way, in such a situation, duplicating the document and deleting the original seems to help, but not when dealing with the former two methods.
