marcNOR Posted February 27, 2020 Share Posted February 27, 2020 New Document Use Grid and snapping for this Pen Tool - Use line mode Draw a Polygon (ie square) where each line is on a new layer - draw the 2 horizontal lines first, then the 2 verticals Ensure the end points of the lines are coincident (by using snap to grid) Select All the lines try to use the add tool DEATH! On a secondary laptop I could easily reproduce this in 1.8.0 for Windows. Again and again. This is why it is key and critical to have stable, reliable, tested basic tools implemented in the first major versions of a program like Affinity Designer. Not fiddling with them in version 1.8 several years later. My point all along. Designer immediately crashed and disappeared. Version 1.8.0 on the first iPad Pro 12.9”. I closed all other apps and the crash still occurs.75 GB free.
