If you press the Windows key and R, and then paste %Temp%\AffinitySetup into the Run box, and press OK, you'll get a File Explorer window with some directories in it. The one with the lastest time and date is your most recent installation attempt. In it you'll find a SetupUI.log file that should help explain the problem. You can look at it yourself, or attach it here for one of us to examine. Most commonly, restarting Windows, and then right-clicking on the installer file and choosing Run As Administrator will resolve the issue, especially if the log file says that you don't have sufficient authority. Some users are reporting out-of-space issues, though, and for that you'd need to free up space on the disk.
