Gafrad
I am now having this problem. After upgrading to Publisher 1.8.4, I cannot open any of my .idml files that have never been opened before. The ones that have been opened in 1.8.3 seem to be working still. Using a Mac (10.13.6) and have sent several versions of the same bug report to Apple. This is a major problem for me and cripples my work.

Gafrad
As I continue to test, I am finding that my original assumption of previously used files working and never opened ones are not working is invalid. I cannot seem to identify why some work and some do not. The files I am using all have similar formatting. I have attached two of the files that are not opening.
