It will open, but after choosing to open an existing file or create a new one (tried both), publisher just hangs. Force quit several times but result is the same each time. Have you recently made any other software or hardware changes? Many issues when creating a new document on Windows are caused by out of date Graphics Card drivers, so please ensure these are fully up to date from the manufacturer's website. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error you see when trying to save a document? Have you tried to save to a different location?
