I have just updated to Publisher 1.8 on Windows 10.

I am trying to produce a leaflet for a company called 'MG Piano'. Whenever I type that company name into a text frame the whole program crashes. It usually happens when I get to the 'P'. So far it has happened every time I have tried it - at least five documents, including a blank unsaved new document.

Do you have any ideas? Is it a keyboard shortcut for something?

Have you tried using different fonts to see if it only happens with a particular font?

Can you zip up and upload the %Appdata%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\ folder please.

Also, if you disable all entries in auto correct does it help? I type in the same company name and it seems alright for me here.

Do you mind just going one folder up and attaching the whole folder? (the 1.0 folder)

I suspect if you hold CTRL and run the program up and tick all the boxes to reset it that should resolve it, but can you upload the above folder before doing so.

Thanks

I appreciate you sending me the settings, it will help us track down what might have happened. Let me know if it happens again
