nwhit
Keep getting bad output of a linked ADes graphic in the RC. I've tried linking to the ADes version and an eps export version from ADes with the same results. The ADes file is cmyk and was created importing a client's pdf. It reproduces fine when exported as a Digital Small but not with x4. Not sure where the issue is. Exports fine in 1.7.3. Think you may already have these files but can upload any you might not be able to locate. -------------------- iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020 i7 72GB) • AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB • macOS Sonoma MacBook Pro, 13", M1 2020 • 16 GB • macOS Sonoma iPad Air 2022
Staff Jon P Posted February 25, 2020 Staff Share Posted February 25, 2020 Hi @nwhit, Can you upload the afdesign file here? I can't find one but we have a fair few folders with your name on so I might have missed it! Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
nwhit
I just uploaded both the ADesign and the exported eps files. Staff Jon P Posted February 26, 2020 Staff Share Posted February 26, 2020 Thanks, I've passed this on - it does the same if you export it directly from Designer. I can't quickly see what the cause is, but if you rasterise it before exporting it will fix it for now. Serif Europe Ltd. - www.serif.com
nwhit
Interesting that it has the export issue in ADes 1.8 beta but not in ADes 1.7.3. Should I post this in the ADes Bug forum also, or are you able to cross-pollinate it? -------------------- iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020 i7 72GB) • AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT 16 GB • macOS Sonoma MacBook Pro, 13", M1 2020 • 16 GB • macOS Sonoma iPad Air 2022
