Shannella Gaines Posted February 23, 2020 Posted February 23, 2020 I downloaded the software to my laptop (Windows 10). It gives me a zip file which I am able to extract the files, but it won't actually download so that I can use it. Quote
Staff stokerg Posted February 24, 2020 Staff Posted February 24, 2020 Hi Shannella Gaines and Welcome to the Forums, Where did you download the file from? From checking the email address used on your account here, i can't see any download/purchase linked to that account. Quote

Therefore, I am surprised that OP has a problem installing zip file (and we are not in beta thread). Not normally no, but some of the extra content you can claim/buy is zipped up and as Walt has pointed out, some of the Mac betas are. It's why i asked @Shannella Gaines where they got the download from, as there is nothing on their account, no order and no claimed content. Pšenda 1 Quote
