bunter_c Posted February 23, 2020 Posted February 23, 2020 Decided to switch to using Affinity Photo. I've downloaded it, disabled all virus guards and tried installing and keep getting a message that installer has stopped working and "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly". Ive tried deleting then redownloading the installer but it still comes up with the same problem. How can I remedy this?! Am I doing something wrong? Quote

Staff DWright Posted February 23, 2020 Staff Posted February 23, 2020 If you are using Windows please check that the Windows Installer service is stopped and then right click the Affinity Photo installer and select Run as Administrator from the pop up window Quote
