Another Problem I Have with Masks

Here's another problem I have with masks that occurs.

I applied a Curves adjustment layer, inverted the mask, then began painting in white to reveal in areas where I want the effect to occur.

I've attached an image. Notice the hard, irregular edge.

My brush settings are as follows:

  • Opacity: 100%
  • Flow: 4%
  • Hardness: 0%

I'm running AP 1.7.3.481 on Windows 7.

Is this a bug?

Did you use a soft brush ?

And maybe lower the opacity too ...
