Windows 10, HP laptop with 16 Gb RAM and 500 Gb SSD.

I have been through the arduous process of installing BlueStack and SnapSeed, then digging into the BIOS to enable Virtualization. Works great! (Finally)

I also assigned a specific Folder to store the modified photos (in Preferences). No matter what I do, Save, Export, or Export As, I simply cannot find the files anywhere on the drive, let alone the specified Folder. All the modified photos do show back up in the program, summoned from some mysterious location. Where is that mysterious location and how do I get there?

(BTW, I first started playing with SnapSeed on my iPad but the screen is just too small. I'd rather work on my laptop with the 28" external monitor. I'm not used to having no right-click or File menu.)

Guidance???

Hi @CanTex and welcome!

This is a support forum for Serif's Affinity products, not SnapSeed. Hope you find what you're looking for!

Cheers,
