I would like to buy a second copy of Publisher and maybe Photo for a new freelance staff member, and possibly a third copy in a few weeks time. I see your business licenses are for a minimum of 5-9 staff so they aren't really appropriate. What is the best way to go ahead? Do I a) purchase another copy, send them the download file and let them have the license key, or b) ask them to purchase for themselves and refund them? If a), and they stopped working for me, is there any way to transfer the license to a new member of staff, or would I have to purchase again? Thanks for your help Lindsay Quote
Staff StevenS Posted February 20, 2020 Staff Posted February 20, 2020 Hi @smallp, Which ever option you decided to go with, the licence would be be assigned to the email address used at the time of purchase. If you want to be able to continue to reassign the licence to different individuals as they come and go, then I would advise going with option "a" and use an email address that you own yourself top complete the purchase. You can then provide them with the email address and product key to install on their device for the time they are with you.
