DM1 Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 As previously reported AP is unable to access (open/import) files via iOS Files app however, if you change view in Files app from Browse to Recent, files that were greyed out suddenly become accessible. Maybe this info helps devs identify issue? Same behaviour when importing macros (and other assets?) too. Notice how the two .afphoto files change from grey when view changes from Browse to Recent. EDIT On further review I think the reason for this behaviour is the the recent view is showing iCloud version, not local iPad. 😩 IMG_3464.MP4 Paul Mudditt and Chris B 2 M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). This shouldn't be an issue when we get the new retail version, as mentioned in other threads. DM1 1 How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
