h_d Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 It would be really fab, in Develop persona, to have a Cancel button in the MacBook Pro Touch Bar as well as a Develop button. This is the screen: And this is the Touch Bar: with a big gap where a Cancel button would fit nicely. (The esc button in the Touch Bar doesn't function as a Cancel button.) Thanks! Nana Posted February 19, 2020 Posted February 19, 2020 Doesn't the escape button act as a Cancel button? Quote

Staff MEB Posted February 24, 2020 Staff Posted February 24, 2020 Hi h_d, The Cancel button was added to the touch bar in the lasted Beta build (1.8.0.168 GM). Thanks for your feedback. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software

h_d Posted February 24, 2020 Author Posted February 24, 2020 Hi @MEB The Cancel button is there, but unfortunately it doesn't work in the same way as the on-screen version. Clicking the Touch Bar version immediately switches me into Photo Persona without committing any changes made during the Develop session. I would expect it to ask for confirmation that I want to close my raw image without further processing, like the dialog I get when clicking the on-screen Cancel button: Should I file a bug in the Beta section? Staff MEB Posted February 26, 2020 Staff Posted February 26, 2020 Hi h_d, Sorry the delay getting back to you. Seems Chris already have taken care of this on your other thread. Thanks for letting us know. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
