GaryBee
I want to create a side view of a box where the right corner of the top of the box is 5 degrees lower than the left side. It is a shed style box. I can't seem to find the right combination of tools to do it.
firstdefence
Which Affinity app are you using? You can just shear the rectangle 5º down, to do this, mouseover the right side middle bounding box handle and move the cursor slightly to the right until you see two arrows one pointing up and one pointing down, when you see them click and hold and move the cursor down until it reads 5º Another way is to use the transform panel and enter 5 into the S: input box. GaryBee
I am using Designer. When I tried what you suggested the top right went down 5 degrees, but so did the right bottom. I need a box that is slanted at the top, but stays square on the bottom. Thanks, Gary Edited February 24, 2020 by GaryBee

G13RL
Alternatively, after shearing and converting to curves as described above, you can take the "Node" tool and return the lower right node to its original position.
