HELP: howto: Create Sunday effect in Publisher

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

just a small question. With my "old" software I made a sunray effect fairly easy. But I cannot find a way on how to do this in Publisher. Any tips or tutorials are very welcome!! (Btw: this is a tutorial on how it is done in the old software: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVKX4Zt8SIM)

Thanks in advance

Use the cog tool, The example below shows the same effect as the video.

Standing on the shoulders of giants here, but a doughnut as the background to the cog would give the same effect for a little less effort.
