Unable to Export PNG transparent Background

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am facing a problem with exporting a project to transparent PNG. I noticed the problem is only with my smaller dimensions such as 851px x 315 px

when i tried to export a bigger dimensions it worked fine. Yet i need the smaller dimension, whats the solution, as my client is waiting for the design.

The dimensions should not matter.

Two things would matter:

  1. Whether you have specified that the document has a transparent background. You can check that in the color tab of the Document Setup dialog:

  2. The Matte setting you chose in the More dialog during Export:

Yes I did check all of that. But still the small one is not transparent. Its with white background

Are you examining it with the same application you used to examine the larger ones?

Working properly on my iPad. Size has no effect on transparency for me. Could you use save a copy to create a .afdesign file and upload it here?
