Reset tools (again)

I’ve asked this before but I don’t ever seem to get a reply. On the iPad version of designer, at sum point I set the stroke width to 600pt. Probably on my way to some other realistic size. 
for whatever reason that setting stuck. Every time I draw a new stroke with the pen tool, it comes on at 600pt.

what can I do to fix this behavior?

Hi Derrick,

 Gareths response to your last post regarding this below should solve your issue. The document menu is the button towards the top left of the screen that looks like a page with 3 dots running along the bottom.

Your screenshot shows the Edit menu.
