nettleflap Posted February 14, 2020 Share Posted February 14, 2020 (edited) OS: Windows 10 Home Intel Core i7-7700K 4.20 GHz 16 GB Ram NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GBTablet: Wacom Intuos Pro PTH-651Tried versions: 1.7.3.481 and 1.8.0.532 (Beta)Issue: When I start drawing or painting, there is an initial delay of under half a second before what I draw appears. I have tried drawing with mouse, the issue is there, just a shorter delay. I tried the tablet in MS Paint, no delay. I tried to disable Windows Ink, still the same. Here is a demonstration. Staff Chris B Posted February 28, 2020 Staff Share Posted February 28, 2020 Hey nettleflap, Is this with every stroke? Or is it the first stroke (when a pixel layer is created in a new doc). The clip doesn't really showcase the issue you're seeing very well (at least to me). With 1.8, we recommend having Windows Ink enabled for pressure.
