This sounds as though you're Exporting to PDF - could you please provide a screenshot of your Export settings, including the 'More' options? This should look similar to below: Many thanks in advance! Dan C
Thanks for your screenshot - could you please confirm for me, what is the physical dimensions of the document you're exporting? Is there a specific element that appears blurry after export, or the whole document?
sky72
Dear Dan, here I attached the PDF experted version of the personal card and info of the PDF file, could you kindly check? Dan C
Thanks for your PDF - I can see you're exporting a document that's 60mm x 40mm - which is a rather small size for a vector document. I cannot see any pixelation in your exported design, however if you want to improve the quality of the document I recommend rescaling the document to perhaps 4 times as large, then exporting again. I hope this helps! sky72
sky72
Dear Dan, it's a small personal company card.Could you kindly let me know how can I rescaling the document?Final version must be 60mm x 40mm as now.
MikeW
There is a white bitmap the size of the card that shouldn't be there. It is 400 dpi. If this card is the proper size (seems small), all the pages elements are vector or live type so there is nothing wrong with the quality. I would check out why the bitmap is there. sky72

sky72
The online print company accept PDF, Ai, Cdr, Psd, innd files.Affinity Designer export PSD too, so whats your advice to send print as PDF or PSD.Psd file size about 1.16 mb, pdf file size 477 kb. MikeW
I see it in Acrobat which I used to check the pdf. But, you can just open you pdf you attached in this thread and you'll see it in the layers panel. So with your AD file, check your layers panel for an image. sky72
MikeW
Use Pdf. But delete the image. Do make certain that the document size is correct with whomever is printing this card. I've not seen a card this size before. sky72
markw
The white 'image' layer referred to by MikeW is at the bottom of the layer stack. And yes, do check your card dimensions! In the UK a “standard” business card size is around 85mm x 55mm+/- after bleed trimming. You have a lot of info on your card and people will need very good eyesight to read it at your proposed 60mm x 40mm size. sky72 1 Quote macOS 12.7.6 | 15" Macbook Pro, 2017 | 4 Core i7 3.1GHz CPU | Radeon Pro 555 2GB GPU + Integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 1.536GB | 16GB RAM | Wacom Intuos4 M
sky72
I think the white image layer you mean ''white background'' it came with print company template, now I deleted and resend PDF for your review, could you kindly check? You mean if this white image remain, may cause lower print quality? Dan C
Thanks for your file, it looks as though you've converted your text to curve objects when exporting to PDF meaning you will no longer be able to easily change the text in the document. If you wish to retain text and not curve objects when exporting, I recommend setting the following option -
