This sounds as though you're Exporting to PDF - could you please provide a screenshot of your Export settings, including the 'More' options? This should look similar to below:

Many thanks in advance!

Thanks for your PDF - I can see you're exporting a document that's 60mm x 40mm - which is a rather small size for a vector document. I cannot see any pixelation in your exported design, however if you want to improve the quality of the document I recommend rescaling the document to perhaps 4 times as large, then exporting again. I hope this helps!

There is a white bitmap the size of the card that shouldn't be there. It is 400 dpi.

If this card is the proper size (seems small), all the pages elements are vector or live type so there is nothing wrong with the quality. I would check out why the bitmap is there.

The white 'image' layer referred to  by MikeW is at the bottom of the layer stack.
And yes, do check your card dimensions! In the UK a “standard” business card size is around 85mm x 55mm+/- after bleed trimming.
You have a lot of info on your card and people will need very good eyesight to read it at your proposed 60mm x 40mm size.

I think the white image layer you mean ''white background'' it came with print company template, now I deleted and resend PDF for your review, could you kindly check? You mean if this white image remain, may cause lower print quality?

Dear Pals,

Thanks for your file, it looks as though you've converted your text to curve objects when exporting to PDF meaning you will no longer be able to easily change the text in the document. If you wish to retain text and not curve objects when exporting, I recommend setting the following option -
