Daniel Dube Posted February 9, 2020 Share Posted February 9, 2020 For 1 month, i'm experimenting constant freezing or complete program crash (the Windows simply close with no error)... It does this after 10 minutes, can do what i want this time without any flaw and sudently without any warning, program can freeze for ever, have to kill it in task manager or in the worst case, the Affinity photo windows simply close loosing last modification done after the last save... I have Affinity Designer on the same computer, this program did'nt show yet any problem... so i'm a little confuse about the crash of Photo.... I do haved reboot PC multiple time, make all the drivers and Windows Updates found, got no error anywhere else than in Aff Photo......... Try reset all the parameters in Aff Photo... Clean register to be sure notting about my affinity sofware remains... Computer reboot. Re-installation of my 2 Affinity software + tests = OK everything functionnal ! Unable to use Affinity Photo more than 10 minutes without a complete crash (Affinity simply close without warning)... Nothing in the Windows events logs...
