Reembolso (no trabaja con mi iPad 4)

Bienvenido al foro de Affinity.

Apple ofrece una ventana de reembolso de 14 días si el usuario no está satisfecho con su compra (excepto para regalos) en países europeos.

Las cosas no están tan claras en EE. UU. Y Canadá, pero aún pueden reembolsarle en ciertas circunstancias (estos casos se manejan caso por caso a través de los canales de soporte oficiales de Apple). Si vive allí, comuníquese directamente con el Soporte de Apple y explique la situación. Dado que la tienda de aplicaciones Mac es administrada por Apple, no hay mucho que podamos hacer en esta situación.
