Is these difference how is digital printed pdf or offset printed pdf done? i mean general differenvies.  is here becouse is related affinity publisher and this only place where i vist where people made pdfäs for printing.

Not really / It depends. Digital prefers RGB files more often, but there are both kinds of systems which can use either RGB or CMYK. If system takes CMYK correct profile is needed.
