How to recognize the pages in Affinity Publisher?

How do I know which page is about what in the pages panel? Creating sections does not visualize them on the panel. If I have a long list of pages, how do I know which one is which in thumbnails unless I scroll all the way down?

I may not fully understand your question, as I do not at all understand how scrolling all the way down would help you know which page is which. Even if sections were visualized in the pages panel, that wouldn't help you with any individual page.

Can you clarify your question, and perhaps provide a screenshot to help illustrate it?

There is a bit of an outline in the Pages panel on the page you have 'active' in the main screen. If you double click on a page in the pages panel your main view will go to that page and if you click on the page in your main view the pages panel should scroll to that page and give it the highlighted view. Pages 12, 13 are chosen in the pages panel.

Affinity Designer 2.4.0 | Affinity Photo 2.4.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.0 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
