There's three options in "team size" and commercial "level". 1. Single person, 2. a team of up to 4 people 3. a team of 5+ people or No matter how many people you are, if you earn more than 100k a year, automatically tier 3 applies. The only thing I won't grant anyone is selling the textures further, but I think that is a given.
