I agree there's some room for improvement in this area. And I agree that it would be nice if the document swatch was active when you next open a document that has one. But it doesn't really make sense to choose a document swatch when opening the application, because document swatches are specific to a document. What does make sense, and what already happens, is that the application swatch (if any) is active when you open the application. Yes, I was not so much concerned about a new, blank document, but specific projects with their specific, dedicated document swatches that were last selected. Quote
