Las aplicaciones de afinidad son sensibles al perfil de color de un sistema operativo. Hay muchos hilos sobre esto.

Intente cambiar el perfil de color del sistema operativo.

No creo que nadie más en este hilo tenga el mismo problema que tú.

What profile do you recommend is appropriate?

Undoubtedly a silly question but is it the same in Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Publisher, just trying to rule things out?

Try going to Edit > Defaults > Factory Reset and see if that corrects it.

I take it that Sean's suggestion didn't work either?

Sin duda una pregunta tonta, pero ¿es lo mismo en Affinity Photo y / o Affinity Publisher, solo tratando de descartar las cosas?

There are no dumb questions, everything helps, answering, if it is the same!

I already did the factory settings but nothing!

Apologies, when I hit Ctrl enter on my keyboard it posts the message automatically rather than adding space between numbered bullet points, I've edited my post now...

You need Shift+Enter in the forums.

@MikeW I use the same ColorSync settings that @Neloross has just tried and have no problems. I use screengrabs daily in AD and AP with no issues.

@walt.farrell, thank you, that's handy to know :D:D

@Neloross three things... Could you...

  1. Post a screengrab of your AD colour preferences panel
  2. Upload one or two more screengrabs you've generated
  3. Let us know the software you used to crop and create the original png file you posted as I'm assuming it wasn't Affinity Photo?

Greetings to all

I think the mac profile that is compatible with affinity was unconfigured, when I upgrade to "Catalina".

After returning to the factory settings and changing the profile of the macbook, and restarting the mac, each capture that I take is already shown in color, but the calptures that were taken with the previous profiles and previous system continue to enter gray, the which is no longer a problem, because I take a screenshot again and add them to color... is the only thing I find logical, if someone is using "Catalina" and does not have the problem then it was a matter of profile....!!!

Glad you found the solution. I know there was a bug in High Sierra with apple’s screen capture where screen grabs were saved in greyscale which was the reason for my original question.
