VectorCat
I’m familiar with the hide interface icon top right....double arrow thing. But why does interface hide when you tap near the tools on the left? Sometimes a person mis-taps...it happens...but it results in the interface hiding - unwantedly so.. feature or bug? Sometimes a person mis-taps...it happens...but it results in the interface hiding - unwantedly so.. feature or bug? By default, Affinity iOS apps automatically hide the UI when it detects input nearby, in order to provide as much screen real estate as possible, and ensure the UI does not interfere with edits. If you wish, you can disable this through Settings>Interface>Automatically Hide UI. I hope this helps! VectorCat
Automatically hide UI appears already to be disabled. Slider dot is to the right.
Staff Dan C Posted January 21, 2020 Staff Share Posted January 21, 2020 Apologies, this means the setting is Enabled, and the UI is being hidden automatically. If you set the slider dot to the left hand side, this is Disabled and you should find the UI no longer retracts when you input near it Quote Please note - I am currently out of the office for a short while whilst recovering from surgery (nothing serious!), therefore will not be available on the Forums during this time.
