Rondem
I know the TOC order is based on layer order, but pins cannot be re-ordered and are in the wrong position, all thou the pin is added before other headings. Is there a solution for this? I know i can unpin things but it looses its automatic move. Staff Gabe Posted January 21, 2020 Staff Share Posted January 21, 2020 Hi @Rondem, This is not going to work because of the way you set it up. Why do you need to have a floating text frame when you can use a paragraph style to achieve the same effect. If you need to use it this way, you would need to manually create the TOC, as the automatic TOC will not know where to put the floating text. Rondem
It could position based on the PIN location. Pins are more controllable, that's why I like to use frames. If things shift to facing page it auto adjusts to Mirror facing pages. Have just found out that there is a Decorations menu under Paragraph. So yes, I can get the square around the text. But It still isn't controllable as the Pins are. Is there a way to Indent text to negative position?
