What Affinity program did I buy?

Recommended Posts

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, Barry.

How you download again depends on where you bought the program, but basically you go back to the Store you purchased from (Affinity Store, Microsoft Store, Mac App Store), login with the same credentials you used originally for the purchase, and download again from there.

For the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots on the upper right, and choose Downloads and Updates.

For the Affinity Store, go to https://store.serif.com/account/downloads/

For the Mac Store I think you'll find it under programs you've Purchased.

I bought an Affinity program and started to learn it.  Then many months passed and I just remembered it.  But I can't find it.  Had computer trouble.

Once I know what I bought, how do I download it again?
