Apertura file RW2 su AFFINITYPHOTO

Buonasera, sono nuovo e saluto tutti.  Ho un problema su Affinity  (desktop computer). Da quando sono passato a windows 10 sul nuovo computer non riesco ad aprire correttamente i file raw.

Ho una macchina foto Panasonic Lumix DMC GX80 che scatta file formato RW2, (se scatto in JPG nessun problema) e quando li carico su Affinity sono molto scure e non posso modificarle.

I file RAW su windows 10 mi hanno detto che si aprono automaticamente, prima su windows 7 no si aprivano solo con affinity e tutto funzionava.Questi file scaricati sul desktop hanno l'icona visibile e corretta, quando vado ad aprirli, prima si vede la foto corretta ma dopo un secondo diventa scura, sottoesposta e si apre così anche su Affinity.

Non so come fare, ma mi sembra un problema di Affinity che non legge il formato RW2 di Panasonic.

Puoi ripristinare la tua Affinity Photo alle impostazioni predefinite tenendo premuto il tasto CTRL durante l'avvio dell'app. Quando viene visualizzata la finestra Cancella dati utente, fai clic su Seleziona tutto, quindi su Cancella. L'app si aprirà ora.

Tieni presente che il ripristino dell'app alle impostazioni predefinite perderà qualsiasi impostazione personalizzata come scorciatoie da tastiera e pennelli, ecc.
