Windows PC. Affinity Publisher Version 1.7.3

New user, switching from Serif PagePlus.

I've attached a screen shot. This is white text in a black text box. It shows on the screen as a cream colour. See the true white outside the text box. The same effect can be seen when I paste in an image that has a plain white background - the white shows as cream. Quite disconcerting when I am trying to set up various colours in my text and graphics. The cream disappears when I export to pdf.

Can I make it white on my screen too!

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, Andy.

That's generally a sign of an incorrect Windows Color Management setting for your monitor.

The simplest fix is probably the one in this FAQ entry: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/99523-faq-the-apps-canvas-is-not-white-whats-happening/&tab=comments#comment-532512
