Same thing happened to me. Pages panel disappeared. View > Studio menu does not show a pages option. I tried resetting the studio. Nothing happened. How do I get my pages panel back?

Are you sure that

  • you're using the Publisher application (not Designer or Photo) and
  • you're in the Publisher Persona (not the Designer or Photo Persona)?

Right. Sorry. I'm in Designer.

You're not the first, and probably won't be the last.

I had this problem too!  Go to bottom left where there is a small area that shows the number of pages in the document.  Click on that and you panel of thumbnails should reappear - found it by accident - "Help" is np help at all in this incidence.

If you mean the navigation bar to the left of the status bar at the bottom of the workspace window, there is nothing in it that when clicked on toggles on or off the Pages Studio panel. It can be used to change the document view to any document or master page in the workspace window, but that has nothing to do with the Pages panel where page thumbnails are shown.

In English, the menu item you have highlighted is for “Stroke” (see my attached image above) but I only know English so I can’t tell if it’s the same in whatever language you are using.

If that’s not the problem, did you ever use the software with multiple monitors? If so, the Pages Panel may be off-screen. If so you can reset the Studio via menu “View → Studio → Reset Studio”.

Nothing helps: although the View → Studio → Pages is checked, the pages panel does not appear.

Make sure you have the Left Studio displaying. I'm not sure what it's called in your language, but it's a setting toward the bottom of the Studio menu.
